I love black and white designer series paper with a pop of color. I am always on the quest for finding more paper especially stripes. I am so happy I found the WeRMemory Keepers Chalkboard paper. It was perfect for my background.
The background behind the celebrate was done with some Pretty in Pink ink refill and my Aqua Painter. The sentiment comes from the Happy Celebrations stamp set. The drinks and the sparkles come from the Sweet Stamp Shop Happy Hour stamp set.
